My name is Elisa Rapadas. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Mary’s College of California with a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology. I am an incoming first year Social Psychology PhD student.
I am proficient in scholarly research, advanced statistical analysis, public speaking, and writing. My research interests include stereotype consistency, identity centrality, women in STEM, intragroup prejudice/colorism and anti-Black racism within Asian and Pacific Islander communities, and how stereotypes and bias are developed and transmitted between different cultural contexts.
